Come utilizzare il pulisci lingua
1. Utilizza il raschietto per la lingua al mattino e alla sera, prima di lavarti i denti.
La pulizia della lingua completa la routine di igiene orale quotidiana. Consigliamo di pulire la lingua la mattina appena svegli e la sera, prima di lavarsi i denti.
2. Inizia dalla parte posteriore della lingua e raschia delicatamente in avanti.
Passa il raschietto dalla parte posteriore della lingua fino alla punta, senza esercitare una pressione eccessiva. Se la sensazione è sgradevole, diminuisci la pressione. Ripeti nella misura necessaria
3. Sciacqua il raschietto per la lingua.
Risciacqua i residui con abbondante acqua corrente. Lascia asciugare il raschietto completamente e riponilo in un luogo asciutto.
4. Ripeti le fasi 2 e 3 fino a quando la lingua è rosa e pulita.
La lingua permette al corpo di disintossicarsi. Le tossine, infatti, si accumulano sulla lingua sotto forma di patina biancastra. Per migliorare il benessere generale, è importante pulire quotidianamente la lingua con un apposito raschietto.
Sterilizzazione
Se desideri sterilizzare il raschietto per lingua prima di utilizzarlo, in modo da rimuovere eventuali batteri o virus, ti basta immergerlo per 5 minuti nell’acqua bollente. Poi, asciugalo completamente. Fai attenzione al momento di toglierlo dall’acqua, la superficie si riscalda in fretta.

Ich nutze die Zungenschaber nun seit über 6 Monaten fast täglich und bin absolut zufrieden. Im Set waren 2 Stück enthalten was bei dem Preis wirklich top ist. Mein Fazit zu den 6 Monaten: 1. Die Qualität Die Schaber sehen nach einem halben Jahr immer noch aus wie am ersten Tag. Man sieht weder Rost noch große Gebrauchsspuren. Natürlich muss man den Schaber wie alles ab und an mal reinigen. ) 2. Die Handhabung Die Schaber machen genau das was sie sollen. Die Reinigung ist wirklich einfach wodurch das jeder Trottel hinbekommen sollte. 3. Die Preis-Leistung Für nen schmalen Taler bekommt man hier ein langlebiges Hygieneprodukt das man nicht ständig nachkaufen muss. Hat man es ein mal gekauft braucht man kein neues kaufen. Wer also auf der Suche nach einer unkomplizierten Lösung für die Mundhygiene ist kann hier also bedenkenlos zugreifen. Ich meine wer will bitte schön jemanden Küssen dessen Zunge weiß wie Schnee ist? Niemand richtig. Noch ein paar Tipps für die richtige Reinigung: 1. Timing ist alles Benutze den Zungenschaber am besten direkt nach dem Aufstehen auf nüchternen Magen. So entfernst du die Bakterienbeläge der Nacht bevor du sie mit dem ersten Schluck Kaffee oder beim Frühstück wieder runterschluckst. 2. Sanftmut tut Seele gut Nicht zu viel Druck ausüben! Die Zungenoberfläche ist empfindlich. Ein sanftes Ziehen von hinten nach vorne reicht völlig aus um den Biofilm zu entfernen. 3. Zahnseide Wenn du schon dabei bist deine Mundhygiene zu optimieren vergiss nicht die Zahnzwischenräume vor dem Zähneputzen reinigen. So gelangt das Fluorid der Zahnpasta beim anschließenden Putzen besser an die Stellen wo sonst der Plaque sitzt. Ansonsten: Schönes Mundreinigen. 🙂

Die Zungenschaber machen insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Durch das Material aus Edelstahl sind sie langlebig und lassen sich problemlos immer wiederverwenden. Got this piece to replace a heavy duty plastic one I’ve had for years!!! It was wide with a good edge to remove the yuck that collects on the tongue. Unfortunately, that one broke. RIP Mrs Tongue CleanerEnter this piece of SS cleaning. It’s much smaller that my previous piece. Does the job, but not as efficiently as the previous model.It gets 5-stars cause it does what it’s supposed to doIf they made that HD in plastic, I’ll be all over that piece againThen key is a blunt scaling edge. I feel the SS unit isn’t as “edged” as the plastic one, but it does what it’s supposed to doNow, go clean your tongue
