One key tip I have is gurgle some warm salt water before using the device there’s a small light on it but I personally like going in with a torch as well. If you have tonsil stones BUY THIS!!! I’m serious when I say this kit saves my life. I couldn’t get rid of my tonsil stones no matter what I tried but this blue hook works perfectly and doesn’t trigger my gag reflex at all. I’ve used this product for over a year and I’ve finally have decided to make a review. I think I’ve gotten good use out of it since I purchased 2024 April. Every piece of the kit is useful! I used to smoke and consume a lot of chocolate and sugary desserts which was causing my tonsil stones issue. I used the kit to remove all my tonsil stones and I stopped smoking and reduced my sugar consumption. The little light device was helpful for seeing inside my mouth and locating where the issue was as the dentist weren’t so helpful on what steps to take. The best tool though is the syringe if you fill it with warm sea salt water you can use it to flush out the area. I still use the kit to this day the scooping tools are a tad more finicky but are useful for the bigger tonsil stones. Overall if you are looking to just have better mouth hygiene gargle warm sea salt water or clove water in the morning and use the tongue scraper and brush twice a day and drinks lots of water and your issues may too go away!

Light isnt very good and it’s also tempormental, so i just use my phone torch instead but this kit is amazing, way better than using cottonbuds and the compact case it comes in is great for taking away like on holiday and stuff.
I haven’t really used the water pick due to my tonsil size and shape but all of the other tools are great for wiggling them out and exploring for ones you can’t see initially.

Seems to push the stones in further rather than take them out. Normally loosens them enough for them to fall out though. If the stones are far down you have to make your tonsils hard and then cant see. Have pierced them a couple of times trying to take one out and caused bleeding. Wish there was a better option but sadly there is none.
